This site is our 'customer support portal'. Soon we'll have an online helpdesk for trouble tickets, a FAQ page, an Articles and News section, and possibly even online ordering for new and add-on services/products. For now, customer invoices will be done using this program, and invoices will be accessible online for customers, as well as being emailed. In the past, it has taken a lot of time for me to manually invoice all my customers and make sure that my invoices are accurate. This new system will hopefully ensure that invoices are regularly ontime and accurate without a large amount of effort on my part.
